It's the FINAL week of Comm-A-Thon 2026!
The second Incentive has been met, a Gatcha-Style YCH Emote Raffle.
The raffle will occur Friday, October 30th around 11AM CST on stream! We will be spinning via Marbles on Stream, which anyone can participate!
My heart goes out to those who had finished comms done by the JRU; but I will say I have also seen a lot of passive-aggressiveness towards some of those who did. Instead of bashing someone who didn’t know how bad it was, educate them with helpful sources in a HELPFUL manner 🩵
Out of all the artists I’ve commissioned, it was just one - one I had an active commission with, and actively trying to have it cancelled & refunded. I firmly believe there’s a better way to help inform people, giving them resources to look into, and not be rude about it.

Regarding the VGen broker purge, I hope people can extend some grace to those who unknowingly commissioned these accounts.
Not everyone knew these brokers existed, much less how to recognize the warning signs.
These were people who went to a platform believing they were supporting artists and commissioning art ethically. They were trying to do the right thing and were deceived.
Some people may initially feel defensive or embarrassed when they realize they were fooled, and it can be difficult to admit that. We should respond by educating people about the warning signs rather than shaming them for being scammed. Direct your frustration toward those who exploited that trust, not the people who acted in good faith.
