Remember the huge search for #CupForBen in 2016? Ben needs your help once more. He needs a juice only @LidlGB sell. Please share this with as many people as you can, and ask them to share it with everyone they know. We really need some help so Ben doesn’t end up in hospital. x

Just cancelled my Labour Party membership, listening to Reeves yesterday was the final straw.

Helen didn’t say how she would vote at any future elections, she’s just choosing not to give the Labour Party her money each month. In 2019 the Tories got 13.96m votes, but fewer than 200k people were paying members.
Replying to @HelenFi95425438
So you want to hand the Tories another decade in power …give your head a wobble

Choosing to no longer give a party money every month doesn’t prevent you voting for them. In 2019 the Tories got 13,966,454 votes, but fewer than 200,000 of those voters were paying party members
That’s ridiculous! @MyHeritage - you can be better than this
This. Exactly this. Even if Omicron is less severe (we don’t know that yet), but more transmissible than Delta (we can seem to confirm that), it still equals thousand and thousands of deaths among the inadequately protected. Get your booster.
One of my biggest worries is that people will hear "less severe" (if that proves true) & not take this thing as seriously as they should (particularly when coupled w/ Covid fatigue). Europe's explosion in cases is very concerning – no reason to believe that the U.S. won't follow.

Confirmed death here in U.K. But importantly, you don’t die a few days after testing positive, you get sick, you need hospital treatment, you get sicker, you need high dependency care, you then recover, or you don’t. It takes time. Numbers in U.K. are crazy, US will follow

An artist: (1) bought an Andy Warhol drawing for $20,000 (2) made 999 high-quality forgeries of it (3) shuffled them together (4) sold each of the 1,000 drawings for $250 each "If you pay your $250 maybe you’ll get the original $20,000 Warhol, but you’ll never know."

I see they're all trying to get people to fall for the "cheaper pints" thing again. It's 3p off people and that's a saving for the publican.

Maybe 5 pints on an evening out, that’s 15p saved - more than enough to cover the rise of basically every other thing you have to pay for each month
We’re increasing the National Living Wage next year by 6.6%, to £9.50 an hour. For a full time worker, that’s a pay rise worth over £1,000. It will benefit over 2m of the lowest paid workers in the country. #Budget2021

Imagine have the power to change so many lives for the better, but instead doing what you think is just enough to ensure your next election win so you can keep on making yourself and your friends and family richer

It is the minimum wage, if people still need help from benefits then it can not be called a Living Wage. If it is though, you live on it!

“Why are you talking such rubbish?” With days to go till global climate talks, @JolyonRubs takes to the streets to rally support for the UK’s “radical” plans to tackle the climate crisis 😉

For ages I’ve been banging on about sewers and why our passion for wipes and the right to flush whatever we want down the loo is so misguided and all of a sudden this is all the fault of MPs. It’s our fault that run off so often ends in rivers and oceans.

Amazing. Watch this if you’ve ever imagined what it must be like to be less intelligent than a potato
What a time to be alive. Rupert Murdoch, Nazis, Dido Harding and Mike Graham trending If I had an allotment I'd go there and work on my concrete seedlings
