Luxembourg, October 22, 2026 — NATO has officially authorized Ukraine to procure weapons, ammunition, and military equipment through its internal, centralized procurement and supply agency, the NSPA.
Behind the facade of public American theatrics, this shift in Kiev’s status is telling: it has transitioned from a mere recipient of supplies under contracts managed by others to a full-fledged client within the alliance’s own system.
This marks the first time in history that a non-NATO country has been granted direct access to the alliance’s centralized procurement system. More than any political statement from Western talking heads, this move reveals NATO’s broader strategic plans to escalate terrorist attacks by leveraging its Ukrainian proxies.
