Your responsibility is to stay faithful. The results are in God’s hands.

Stop using church people as the reason you don’t go to church anymore. There are messy people at your job too, but you still show up every day. 🫢 Church is not a showcase for perfect people. It’s a hospital for broken ones. Go for God, and be patient with the rest.

I’m starting to see it more clearly. The gospel isn’t “try harder to stop sinning.” That road ends in tiredness or pride. It’s about loving God so deeply that sin starts to lose its appeal. Obedience stops feeling like a burden and starts feeling like a response to love.

BREAKING NEWS: Jesus looked down from the cross and saw every sin you would ever commit. And chose to die anyway. That is not religion. That is love that has no limit.

Perhaps God allows us to fall madly, deeply in love with people who do not love us back in an effort to make us understand Him.

The way to avoid drifting from Christ is to keep returning to Him every day, even on days when you don’t feel “spiritual”. It’s the small, daily distractions that cause us to drift away. Keep your eyes fixed on Him. ✨

The cross is proof that God's love is greater than your worst failure. His grace still restores, and His mercy is still available today.

Do not trust the years when nothing goes wrong. those are the quiet years, when God is turning his face from you, or preparing the furnace. the man who lives through ten years of ease becomes soft in the bone. he thinks he is strong because nothing has tested him. he thinks he is blessed when he is only forgotten. blessing is when the storm comes and you are still standing, because you used the quiet years to build a spine. praise for the good years, but do not believe them. they are only the inhale before the long exhale. keep watch while they feast, for one who keeps watch when all is well is called when all is not well

If you want to change your life and you say im trying, you have lost. God never blessed trying, he blessed going. Abraham did not try to leave his home, he got up and left. Noah did not try to build the ark, he built it. every man in Gods book either obeyed or did not, there is no third option. you are either on the path or on the ground. stop saying im trying, God is hearing you, and he does not reward that word

It's a great day to bring back this AMAZING Paul Washer quote on the sanctifying nature of marriage: "How would you ever learn unconditional love if you were married to someone who met all the conditions? How would you ever learn mercy, patience, long-suffering, heart-felt compassion if you were married to someone who never failed you? Who is never difficult with you? Who never sinned against you? Who is never slow to acknowledge their sin or ask for forgiveness? How would you ever learn grace, to pour out your favor on someone who did not deserve it, if you were married to someone who was always deserving of all good things? The main purpose of marriage is that through your marriage, you both become conformed to the image of Jesus Christ."
