Fair starts.
Same first price for everyone. Before the bots. Before the snipers. Before the bundles.
That's Ownerless.
We built a launchpad on Robinhood Chain where every coin opens with a countdown, and everyone who shows up buys the start together, at one price. Projects meet the people who came for them, not the bots that came for the first block.
Here's how it works:
1. Everyone buys the start together.
Every coin opens with a countdown (5 minutes by default). During it, anyone can join the coin's launch basket: one entry per account, up to $10 by default.
At zero, one transaction launches the coin and buys it for the whole basket. Nobody can trade in between. Everyone in the basket pays the same price, and the tokens are shared in proportion to each entry.
Bots can still buy, but only after the basket.
The money waits in the basket contract, never with us. You can take your entry back until the last 60 seconds. If the launch doesn't happen, everyone takes theirs back.
Pons labels the basket's buy "Dev", because our launcher makes it in the launch transaction. It's the public basket, paid out to everyone who joined.
2. Nobody owns the coin.
Every coin is created by one launcher contract, through Pons. In the same transaction, the coin's creator seat goes to the coin's own burner contract. No dev wallet, no dev buy. Nobody is paid as the creator: not the person who pressed Launch, not us.
The creator can join the basket like anyone else, with one entry.
3. Every trade feeds the burn.
Every trade on a Pons coin pays 1%, on every app. 0.70% of it is the creator side. Here there's no dev to pay, so it goes to the coin's burner contract:
• 50% buys back the coin and burns it
• 30% buys back $OWNERLESS and burns it
• 20% runs Ownerless
Per $100 traded: $0.35 burns the coin, $0.21 burns $OWNERLESS, $0.14 runs Ownerless, $0.30 goes to Pons.
Ownerless, Pons, fomo: whichever app the trade happens on, the fee lands in the same contract.
4. Burns with no ceiling.
Every 20 to 30 minutes, at a moment nobody can know in advance, each coin spends its whole bucket on a buyback. No cap, no daily limit. A coin that trades $1M sends $3,500 into buybacks of itself, and all of it burns.
The burner has no owner and no withdraw function. Its money can only leave as a buyback, and every token bought goes straight to 0xdEaD. Nobody can change a coin's split after launch, us included. Every burn is on the coin's page with its on-chain receipt.
5. No copy rush.
While a coin waits to launch and for 24 hours after, its ticker, name, image, X profile and website can't go on another coin here. Neither can copies of them: OFFICIAL, V2, look-alike letters. After that, they're free again.
Derivatives are coins of their own. BABYDOGE and DOGEINU can launch the same day as a DOGE.
That protection is for coins launched here. A token that trades elsewhere doesn't hold its name on Ownerless.
Sign in with X and your coin's X link is verified and written on chain with the coin.
6. Zero friction.
Sign in with email, Google, X or a wallet. No seed phrase, no gas token to hunt for: we cover the gas, and a buy or a sell is one press.
Pair a coin with USDG or ETH. Either way, you pay and get paid in dollars. Launching is free, and you can launch as many coins as you like.
Every coin is a plain Pons token. No tax, no blacklist, no sell limits. Sell whenever you want, on any app.
7. How Ownerless pays for itself.
We don't sell launches or allocations. We earn two ways, both from trading:
• the 20% of the creator side above, from every app
• a 0.25% app fee on trades made on Ownerless. Half of it goes to whoever referred the trader, for life.
So we only do well when coins keep trading.
Same start. Same price. For everyone who shows up.

How it works: ownerless.fun/how-it-works
Nearly a third of robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 has been burned. $OWNERLESS has only just started.
First, credit where it's due.
The team at pons (@ponsdotfamily) has been buying back and burning robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 since July. Today more than 32% of the supply sits at the dead address: over 328.8M of 1B robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 at 0x…dEaD, where nobody can ever move them.
The engine is simple. By its own docs, pons puts 80% of its protocol fees into buying robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 and sending it to the burn address. The burn passed 30% of supply on Sep 8 and kept going. Today those burns land every few minutes, around the clock.
That's what steady work on-chain looks like. Respect.
Now, ours.
$OWNERLESS made its first burn on Oct 28. By 14:00 UTC on Nov 2, under five days later, 6.7% of its supply was sitting at that same address: 67,089,372 $OWNERLESS, across 172 burns.
Each of those 172 is a buyback made by a contract and paid for with trading fees, and each has its own receipt on Robinhood Chain.
HOW OWNERLESS WORKS
Ownerless is a launchpad on Robinhood Chain, built on pons. Every coin is a plain pons token.
On pons, a coin's creator collects its creator fees. Here, each coin's creator seat belongs to its burner contract, so nobody is paid as its creator: not the person who launched it, and not us. Coins launched here also start with no dev wallet and no dev buy.
Every trade pays pons a 1% fee. Of that, 0.30% stays with pons. The other 0.70% is the creator's share, and here a contract splits it:
• 0.35% of every trade buys the coin back and burns it
• 0.21% buys $OWNERLESS and burns it
• 0.14% runs the site
That's 50 / 30 / 20 of the creator's share. The split is fixed in our contracts when a coin launches or joins, and nothing in them can change it afterwards. Trades made in the Ownerless app also pay a 0.25% app fee; the same coins traded on other apps pay only pons's 1%.
The fees collect in two buckets per coin, one for the coin and one for $OWNERLESS. Nobody presses a button and nobody picks the moment: each coin burns at a time drawn at random, never sooner than 20 minutes after its last burn. Nothing caps a burn either. When its moment comes, the whole bucket is spent, however much the coin traded.
ONE TRADE, THREE BURNS
Follow a single trade of a coin on Ownerless:
1. Part of its fee burns the coin itself.
2. Part of it burns $OWNERLESS.
3. The 0.30% goes to pons, which puts 80% of its protocol fees into the robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 burn.
Like any pons coin, every coin traded here adds to the robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 burn, through the share pons keeps.
$OWNERLESS's own trading fees buy it back and burn it. Since Nov 1 there's a second source: another coin on Ownerless now spends part of its fees on $OWNERLESS and burns it. 15 of the 172 burns came from it.
Every coin that trades here feeds the same address. Trading is the only fuel: more trades in these coins, on any app, mean more fees, and more fees mean more burns.
WHERE IT STANDS

Burns take tokens out of circulation. They are not a promise about price, ours or anyone's. Memecoins are volatile and can lose all their value.
A launch shouldn't start with one wallet holding 13% of the supply.
The default basket on Ownerless spreads it over 50 wallets, ~0.27% each, all at one price, bought in the launch transaction before anyone else can trade.
No dev wallet.

Quick update:
We've reached 226 holders since launch. It's still a small community, but it's starting to feel like one.
When I look at our current holders, 86% are diamond hands. That says a lot in a market like this. We're growing step by step. Yes, I know we're still very early, both in price and in holders. But maybe slow, organic growth is exactly what this market needs.
At the same time, I see a big opportunity. I checked the top 10 on Pons by market cap, and #10 sits at $5.4M. Honestly, that surprised me. People's holding habits have changed a lot since 2020–2021. Most of the runners we saw a week ago are already gone. That's the new rhythm of this market.
But it also means the bar is lower than people think. A project that ships real work, solves a real problem and has actual revenue doesn't need a miracle to get into that top 10. I believe Ownerless can get there. And once a project is on that list, more people see it, and the momentum builds from there.
In a market like this, it's normal that people feel uneasy and struggle to find something worth holding. That's why I understand the loyalty of our 226 holders even better now, and I want to say thank you again.
Meanwhile, the team and I keep brainstorming how to make Ownerless more fun and more shareable, and we're putting those ideas into practice. We have a small surprise that's almost through development and testing. We plan to announce it soon.
Thank you to everyone on X who comments, shares ideas and supports us. Glad you're here.
We're still at the beginning.
If you've spent any time on fomo, you've seen the same people post their referral link every day.
There's a good reason for that. A referral doesn't pay once. It pays for as long as that person keeps trading.
Ownerless works the same way.
Share your link. Anyone who signs up through it is linked to you for life. You earn 50% of the trading fee on every trade they make on Ownerless. Not for a month, not until a campaign ends. For as long as they trade.
We chose 50% on purpose. The people who bring others in are the ones who grow a platform like this, so they should get a real share of it.
Here's the part I find exciting: almost nobody is sharing Ownerless links yet. On bigger platforms, everyone already has a link out. Here, the field is still open. The best spot is usually the one nobody has taken yet.

New update on Ownerless: share the countdown.
Every coin here opens with a countdown before it launches. Now that countdown can travel.
How it works:
1. Open any coin that's counting down and tap "Share the countdown" under its launch basket.
2. You get a card with the launch time (UTC) and the basket, plus Post on X, Download, Copy image and Copy link. The post is written for you.
3. Just launched a coin? The share sheet opens by itself the moment it starts counting down. Post it while the basket is open: that's when people can still join.
4. The link opens a page with the countdown running live and a "Join the basket" button. Once a few people are in, the card shows how full the basket is.
Why share it: everyone in the basket buys at one price, in the launch transaction, before anyone else can trade. No dev wallet.

A few of you have asked about the X account verification.
We’re waiting too and we’ll let you know as soon as the status changes.
Stay tuned!
What’s happened since launch?
It might be a little early for a full recap, but I wanted to share what’s happened so far and how I’m feeling about it.
We’ve passed 235 holders. During that time, 259 wallets have also exited. Some people joined, others left. But I can see a loyal community forming, with people who have held since launch and continue to follow what we’re building. The price hasn’t made the kind of move we were hoping for yet, but seeing that interest is exciting for me. Thank you all for that.
I’m certainly no Steve Jobs, and I’m not claiming we’ve built the best project in the world. I trade just like you do, and I’ve dealt with the same problems in this market. That’s partly where Ownerless came from: could we build something that actually solves some of those problems?
I believe in the idea and what we’ve built. I think we need a small spark for it to reach more people and for that to be reflected in the price. Honestly, that possibility doesn’t feel too far away to me.
I had imagined a project like this launching at a $4–5m market cap. We’re somewhere different right now. A few hours ago, we reached a new ATH; then the news around Binance’s potential security incident changed the mood in the market. Wishing the Binance team and everyone affected the best as they work through it.
A lower market cap does have an upside for burns: the same buyback budget can purchase more tokens. So far, 39.6 million $OWNERLESS has been burned. That’s 3.96% of the total supply. Reaching that number this early matters to me.
30% of the creator fee from every coin launched on Ownerless goes toward buying and burning $OWNERLESS. Activity across the platform feeds that mechanism. We set out to build a more aggressive buyback and burn structure compared with @ponsdotfamily. As usage and volume grow, we’ll see together how that plays out.
That’s a big part of what excites me. We’re still a small community, but the system is running, burns are happening, and people who joined on day one are still here.
There’s plenty of work ahead. I’ll keep building and sharing what’s happening openly with you. Thank you to everyone who’s been here from the beginning, and to everyone just joining us.
We’re still at the beginning.
We told you not to press it.
30M crossed.
31,589,600 $OWNERLESS burned.
+5.03M since our last update.
37 burns. 3.15% of the supply. Gone forever.
Built to launch. Designed to burn.
Every burn: ownerless.fun/burns
We believe we’ve built something that goes beyond the usual standard. A platform where you can create an account with just an email address, deposit and withdraw across all networks, and launch projects completely free of charge. We wanted to build a place where fair launch actually means something and participation is simple. We’ve invested heavily in the infrastructure, the software, and the user experience because we’re thinking long term.
But let’s be honest. Even if we had the best idea and software in the world, price would still be the strongest reason for people to stop and pay attention. You can spend hours explaining what you’ve built, but attracting the market’s attention takes results. Once people see an opportunity here, they’ll start exploring the platform, using it, and telling others about it.
That’s why I believe our burn mechanism matters. Every launch supports $OWNERLESS, and seeing a significant portion of the supply already burned at this early stage is exciting. I want to see what this system can do when more people are using it. That’s where I believe the real potential lies.
Coming back to price, in my view, the most critical thing $OWNERLESS needs today is volume. We need more people joining the platform, more projects launching, and real activity taking place. We’ve built the infrastructure. Now we need to turn it into a place people use, follow for opportunities, and want to return to.
That’s why I believe we need to focus on two things moving forward:
1. Getting Ownerless in front of a wider audience. More people need to understand what we’ve built, how the platform works, and what it offers them. This is where we need content creators, traders, and the community that believes in the project.
2. Helping new runners emerge on Ownerless. People need concrete examples of what participating in a fair launch looks like and the opportunities it can create. Successful projects, users who discover them early, and people sharing those experiences will play a major role in growing the platform.
What we need is that initial spark. The first strong examples, the first success stories, and the activity that builds around them. If we can get that started, everything we’ve built so far will become much more meaningful.
If we can make progress on these two fronts, I believe $OWNERLESS will start showing its real potential. Once we cross that threshold, I believe we could see real parabolic moves. There’s still a lot of work ahead to get there, and I’m ready to do it.
We’ve put serious effort and investment into this. We want to build the next stage alongside the people creating content, trading, launching projects, and contributing their ideas.
So, shall we build it together?
No return.

I’ve been in this market for more than five years.
I’ve seen the late nights staring at charts, the launches that were over before most of us even saw them, the bots that bought first and sold on top of everyone else. I’ve lost money to it, and I know many of you have too.
At some point I stopped complaining about it and started building.
That’s what Ownerless is. A place where every coin launched feeds $OWNERLESS, so the whole thing grows together instead of each launch living and dying alone. And a launch mechanism built so snipers and bots don’t get there before real people do. A fair start, the way it should have been from the beginning.
I know how the market feels right now. Holding has lost its meaning for a lot of people. Everyone wants 10x by tonight, and honestly, I understand why. When you’ve been burned enough times, patience feels like a luxury.
But the things worth having take time to build. I’m not here for one good day. I’m here for the long road.
We might not speak the same language. We might live on opposite sides of the world. We’ve probably never met. But if this idea means something to you, if you’ve been tired of the same broken game too, then we’re already on the same side.
I believe in this. Not because it’s mine, but because I know what it’s trying to fix.
Ownerless will show what it is the more people use it. I’d love for you to be part of that.
Let’s build it together.
