K/DA is the reason I ever had an interest in league. I randomly found POP Stars one day, loved the song and I still listen to it. I stumbled on ignite from 2016s worlds (its in my workout Playlist to this day) and decided to look a little deeper into it. From there I learned and loosely followed the LCS, T1, our lord and savior faker.. That bled into me getting into Evo and the fgc, which I also loosely follow to this day
Fast forward to 2026 and K/DAs firestarter is a full circle moment for me. I picked up league earlier this year in the middle of my life crumbling around me, and I can say that I love the game truly. More than that though, even if its been an hour after work, league gave me something to put energy into. A small way for me to focus in on something other than the pain in my chest. Its a game and community I judged harshly, but now I've genuinely become proud to be part of.
All of this starting from a silly song I found by accident. Art, games, music.. its power to connect people and create meaning behind, well, anything is what makes creation beautiful. Yeah, it might just be a silly song and a bad game to some people. That's totally understandable. To me though its a perfect example of finding beauty and meaning in even the smallest things. Of passing judgment without an attempt to understand. How much things can take meaning in our life simply from timing. And the power of giving people your time, even if its an hour a day.
Welcome back K/DA. Thank you @Jester3_ for dragging me into the community, the hours we've spent learning league/dealing with life.

Life is...fleeting. As quickly as it is made, it can be unmade in an instant.
Love deeply, and care wholeheartedly, for in the face of death, it is love that transcends worlds.
Each one of us is a light in this world. Let us make it brighter together.
Trying to force yourself to be happy/okay is so fucking exhausting.
I'm tired, and I don't know if I remember a time when I wasnt
Vtubing started, for me, as simply a passion project. I wanted to meet people and be part of something that I had been a viewer of for most of my life. That's it.. Fame, attention, ego, none of those are why I started this. I loved streaming and vtubing genuinely.
I have unfortunatey been unlucky enough to experience some of the worst this community has to offer. My passion and desire to be part of this community has absolutely been affected by this. I don't know if this is something I care to be part of anymore to be honest.
On the flip side, I have many creators and people who exist on the opposite end of my bad experiences. People who have genuinely changed my life and the truth is, without streaming, I never would have met them.
That being said, right now I don't feel the same passion for vtubing/streaming anymore. However, I realize the impact and joy it did bring me, so I don't think it's fair to just walk away either. So I figure I'll try it again and see if this is something that's behind me, or something I will relearn to love with time.
Tldr; I will be coming back to streaming in a limited capacity. When or how often, don't know. But I can't walk away from a passion of mine without at least giving it an honest try. One step, one breath, one day at a time.
Time to rebuild obs now fml
