communicating or talking about how you feel, you go to threatening yourself or making vague comments about the person your mad with. Which makes the situation 10x worse, as it causes more anger and a lack of trust in the relationship/friendship.

Some people have a "Backup" person if they break up with their partner. I have a perfect clone in a vat in my basement that i update weekly with a copy of my girlfriends consciousness. I know its not technically her but if anything happens i can at least pretend.
