Before the event, we conducted Focus Group Discussions with students and parents to better understand the education challenges they face.

Our town halls reaffirmed a simple truth: when communities & #girlsvoices are heard & learners can hold decision-makers accountable, education systems become more #responsive #inclusive & #equitable.

Large section of the school's boundary wall has been washed away by landslides exposing not only classrooms but girls' washrooms.
The oldest section of the school has become structurally unsafe. Yet, due to the lack of alternative space, classes continue.

We r hopeful that as Hon CM @MaryamNSharif personally leads Punjab's efforts for #safeschools Govt. Girls High School, GPO Murree will b prioritized 4 immediate rehabilitation. A timely intervention today can ensure safe learning environment.
