Perkins County alumna and FFA member Emma Klahn received the prestigious American FFA Degree this morning at the 99th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. The American FFA Degree is the highest honor awarded by the National FFA Organization and is earned by fewer than 1% of FFA members. Emma and Mr. Burge were also on hand to support former PC FFA member Maycee Thouvenel, who received her American FFA Degree through her FFA chapter in Missouri. The Perkins Co. Football Team's season came to an end this evening with a loss at NPSP. Thanks to our lone senior, Alex Cole, for his leadership all season long - even in the face of adversity in the form of an injury. It’s #ThrowbackThursday…and the day of Parent/Teacher Conferences. At the Jr/Sr HS, conferences are being held in teachers’ respective classrooms. So as you wander the halls, there’s a good chance you’ll see some of the murals that adorn our walls.
