SERIOUS UPDATE REGARDING DANNY TOMMO - Very concerning news from my dad has just come to light.
His case for the incident where he went into the Dover Immigration Facility was due to be heard in Kent Magistrates tomorrow, this has now been moved to Westminster, less than 24 hours before the court hearing with one of the highest profile magistrate judges in the land overseeing the case.
This causes a major safety risk for my father as he has been told he will not be returning to Winchester but will be held in Belmarsh
My dad and my family have had numerous threats to life many of these are from people in that area of the country or people connected to Belmarsh prison itself and this unjustified legal manoeuvre has major implications and potential life threatening repercussions.
I will update you as this situation progresses

My Welsh grandparents used to keep my sister and I happy with bottles of pop (from the pop manโs van), walks in nature, putting my grandfatherโs white hair in bunches (patiently borne) and generally the incredible warmth of being in the small home (cobwebby outside toilet for many years) of two people who gave us such unconditional love.
How rich we felt in their love.

Andy Burnham can't tell you whether immigration is too high. That tells you everything.
"It's difficult to say," he told ITV. Difficult. The Prime Minister can't say whether too many people are coming in.
His reason: it's got to follow "gaps in the economy." So there's no number, no target, no plan. Just a revolving door with a spreadsheet next to it.
Pressed on 171,000 a year, he said it's "come right down." Not that it's right. Just that it's smaller than it was.
And that is how you know he has no intention of bringing immigration down, and no intention of stopping the boats. He'll say the boat numbers are too high โ that's easy. But ask him what the right number is and he can't find the words.

If reparations are owed for the slave trade, who's paying whom?
The ships didn't sail into empty ports. African kings and chiefs sold captives to European traders, kingdom by kingdom, for centuries. Historians on all sides agree the trade could never have run at that scale without African involvement โ and some of those rulers got very rich on it.
A Ghanaian traditional ruler apologised for it in 2022. A Nigerian monarch did in 2018. African leaders have admitted it themselves.
And in the meantime, Britain is being told to hand over billions.
So here's my question. Should the African nations whose rulers sold those people be prepared to pay reparations too? Or does the bill only ever go one way?
