Le 14 mai 2019, les membres du commando Hubert ont porté les cercueils de leurs deux frères d’armes, le maître Cédric de Pierrepont et le maître Alain Bertoncello.
Dans un silence empreint d'émotion et de respect, leurs frères d'armes ont porté une dernière fois ceux avec qui ils avaient partagé les mêmes missions, les mêmes risques et même engagement au service de leur pays, la France. 🇫🇷

Alain Bertoncello, membre du commando Hubert, est mort pour la France le 10 mai 2019, à l’âge de 28 ans, lors d’une opération militaire au Burkina Faso visant à libérer des otages.
À travers son témoignage, Léa, sa compagne, fait vivre sa mémoire et rappelle le prix de notre liberté.
Derrière l’engagement d’un militaire, il y a un homme, une histoire, des proches et une famille qui continuent de vivre avec son absence.

We welcome the Swedish Parliament's final approval of a constitutional amendment strengthening the country's legal framework against Holocaust denial and antisemitic hate speech.
Taking effect on 1 January 2027, the amendment will explicitly address the denial of genocide and crimes against humanity established by court rulings, including in publications and on digital platforms.
Holocaust denial is not simply a distortion of history. It is a dangerous form of antisemitism that fuels hatred and undermines the memory of the six million Jews murdered by the Nazis.
We commend Sweden for taking this important step and reaffirm the need for European governments to confront Holocaust denial and antisemitism in all their forms.
