I’m loving grinding it out this winter pushing myself to be better today than yesterday. The journey is long, but the progress is rewarding. A new pitching PR with a 5 mph increase in the last month and still working to reach my goal. Thanks to Stacy & Michelle at Champions Fastpitch Academy in helping me maximize my potential. Thank you Coach Frank at Treigned for building my speed, agility, and explosiveness. Looking forward to getting back on the field next weekend in Newberry, FL for this season’s first tournament!
