Ball got out in a hurry and was still rising! Metrics matter. Get in the weight room and get strong. Make it a priority. Skip the tee session and go lift! You won’t regret it. What you see on our @HitTraxOfficial carries over to the game for every single one of our athletes!
❗️❗️ PLAYER SPOTLIGHT ❗️❗️
@eastcoastbball standout, @CBJ_23, with a moonshot grand slam last week. Christian is constantly in the weight room grinding and training in the cage. He is a sophomore who is up to 100 mph and 400 feet on our @HitTraxOfficial.
