🧠 Imaging deeper into 3D organoid models
How can researchers study cellular organization and functional activity deep inside intact 3D organoids?
The FEMTO3D Atlas enables high-resolution volumetric imaging to explore cellular organization, calcium dynamics, and network activity across complex tissue models - opening new possibilities for investigating functional maturation and drug responses.
🎥 Watch our new organoid imaging video on YouTube to learn more about the capabilities of FEMTO3D Atlas:

So nice to see our mClover3, the freeware equivalent to mNeonGreen, being useful
mGreenLantern and mStayGold(Miyawaki) may be even better now though
This 'important' Tools and Resources paper establishes a robust live-imaging toolkit to characterize excitatory and inhibitory synaptic dynamics during neuronal development. The methodology and quantitative data are 'convincing' and well validated.
