On Monday, we delivered a petition signed by hundreds of postdocs, grad students, faculty, undergrads, and other community members calling for Princeton to commit to emergency funding and to agree to workplace protections to give more security to postdocs!

Princeton postdocs deserve improved job security through a fair contract, especially in the face of funding uncertainty.

Princeton has refused to engage with our proposal for expanded PI eligibility for postdocs - lack of ownership over our work hurts and delays quality research, which is why Princeton Postdocs need a fair contract now!
