The blocks are then assembled to any length desired by our customers. These dimensional blanks are now ready to be moulded to specific shapes, primed, and shipped across North America.

Blocks are trimmed square, horizontal teeth are cut, and glue is applied to create a wood weld that is straighter and more durable than a solid piece.
