I'm very happy to see this published! Here's our take on neutrophils and NETs in cancer, with an emphasis on how neutrophil states alter their NET formation ability and a special look at how they can affect the vascular compartment in the context of cancer.

I just wasn't going to be satisfied until I could see The Whole Well!!! @SwansonGoBlue @phw_phd ....seeing how hard I can push our little microscope (and python @napari_imaging)... this compiled image is downsampled 4x from the original 1.5 TB dataset 😂

Ever wish you can see how cells behave inside a large tumour? Check out the pre-print of our T-SLICE platform with @JeanetteEB, @morganpughtoole and @NickDaweHFX where we cultured and imaged tumour cells within a cell-driven hypoxic TME.

1. We @ImmunologyTang @ShanLuLiu1 are very happy to see our work finally published. We found that current mRNA vaccines induced relatively suboptimal respiratory mucosal immunity despite strong circulating humoral and cellular immunity being induced.
A study finds a lack of neutralizing antibodies, #Bcells, and #Tcells against #SARSCoV2 variants of concern, such as BA1.1, in vaccinated people’s lungs, showing intranasal boosters in mice induce lung immunity. @Jie_Immunology @ImmunologyTang @ShanLuLiu1 fcld.ly/51xrpu4

An insightful work on when does the cancer spread!! Our body's circadian rhythm may be connected to the release of tumor cells. Congratulations Aceto's lab!!!

As an oncologist I can see that cancer care is demonstrably better in 2022 than it was in 2012 But a decade since Sandy Hook and it feels like some public health risks haven’t changed at all I hate learning the names of schools only after they are memorialized to slain children

If you lack the courage or the vision to ensure that weekly gun attacks on innocent civilians (kids in elementary school for God's sake) don't occur with metronomic regularity, might I suggest you step down and make way for folks that do.

🏭✂️🕸️👀 Whoa this didn't work in a model of lupus. I bet it would work for models of APS thrombosis though Conversion of the liver into a biofactory for DNaseI using AAV vector gene transfer reduces neutrophil extracellular traps in a model of SLE liebertpub.com/doi/10.1089/h…
