A year ago, Jayden Daniels’ poise and decision-making seemed beyond reproach.
Now: two inexplicable mistakes, questions about his aggressiveness and a team that can’t win.
Believing in 5 doesn’t mean ignoring what’s happening. It's OK to discuss.

#49ers LB Fred Warner was fined $65,673 for two instances against the #Commanders — $17,911 for a hit on TE Chig Okonkwo (flag was thrown then picked up, with ESPN broadcast saying it should’ve stayed a penalty) and $47,762 for use of the helmet here that wasn’t flagged.

Fred Warner seemed to get away with a couple illegal hits Monday night against the Commanders. On one play, a flag was thrown but the officials picked it up without a penalty being called. He's fined a total of $65,673 by the NFL for two hits in that game, however. He can appeal the fines. If so, his appeal(s) would be heard and resolved by a joint NFL/NFLPA appeals officer.

Jayden Daniels has played great this season, but we can admit there is room for improvement!

Any ideas of the Commanders moving on from Jayden Daniels anytime soon should be discarded immediately

After back-to-back weeks of situational errors, it's not hard to see why people are becoming concerned with Jayden Daniels' in-game awareness

Adam Peters acknowledged on @JunksRadio today that the Commanders' run game issues are at least somewhat based on run-blocking issues:
"We need to get better, I don't think there's any skirting around that. We need to get better, we need to get more on the same page.. We're six games in, in a new scheme, and we're going to continue to get better."
Some more context:
1) The Commanders rank 32nd in run block win rate according to ESPN.
2) WSH is 19th in rushing success rate via Sumer Sports, but that includes the Daniels and Martiota explosives on the ground.
3) QB's are averaging 7.94 per carry and RB's are averaging 3.64. RB's have carried the ball 130 times for 473 yards, which is only 3.64 per attempt.

Adam Peters said they started talking about bringing in an experienced defensive coach to work with Daronte Jones in training camp. There haven't been any discussions for a similar hire to work with OC David Blough.

After calling the MNF game, I knew #JaydenDaniels played good, but I noticed something that may be holding him back from being GREAT! Don’t miss the point of this video - it’s not about if he could have made all these plays (especially with the issues around him), it’s about the mentality of believing he’s going to b4 the snap! Trust me, there is a difference with the GREAT ones! Enjoy this #StudyBall & the message within it!
