Package Control is currently down. A security update to Nginx apparently contains a segfault related to the Lua module. Working on a fix now.

There was a registration issue, which results in DNS being set to a landing page. Everything has been fixed now. Most likely you've got some cached DNS going on.

The Package Control server will be down in a few minutes for an hour or two to migrate back to the original IP address. This should restore access to the channel and site for users in China.
