Some good news this morning. The river is bank within its banks and the flood waters have dropped as the drainage installed by the greens team post 2000 flooding kicks in. Will definitely be pumping by tomorrow morning 💪🏻 @PadGC – at Wales, United Kingdom

A long week for the greens team this week as we carried out our greens renovations. A great effort by the team to get all the procedures completed and we definitely got lucky with the weather 🙏🏻. Remaining greens scarified today with the TM1000 down to 20mm. Debris blown from surface and the sand pulled out brushed back in with the Sweep n Fill @PadGC

All greens now cored and the holes backfilled with sand. 17th green Gradened this morning applying 2.5t of kiln dried sand into the surface. Scarifying the rest of the greens with the TM1000 will start this afternoon. Nice to see the sun for a change as well @PadGC – at Wales, United Kingdom

Greens star slit this morning followed by a double pass with the verti cuts @-2mm then a cut and blow off to clean the surface up for play @PadGC

Greens happier after some much needed rain over the last few days. Verti-cut @-2mm yesterday followed by a double brush & cut, 10mm Procore and a roll this morning @PadGC

A short cycle of irrigation to wash the sand dressing in this morning and check all is working OK with the system. This was followed by a cut, roll and spray app of Redox Si, C-85, Supreme, Iron, a little N and Primo. Course burning up again this week though @PadGC

Irrigation system primed, it held pressure for all of 10 mins before blowing a hole in the main by the 7th Tee and just to make fun of us it was under a tree stump 🤦‍♂️. A local contractor did me a favour and came to dig it out with a JCB. Pipe then dug out ready for repair @PadGC
