Seems reality has set in at sale barns today, 300# bawlers were 3 digits this afternoon! No shots, unweaned calves was ugly today.
Big Picture..
It dont surprise me, that Trump would lift tariffs on imported beef. What you need to recognize is, this is not the work of one person's ideology. Its the on going agenda of One World Order.
🧵
By Scale FYI.. Mexico exports over 3k metric tons of fresh beef "CUTS" to the USA every WEEK.!! That's over 156k metric tons year and thats not lean trim or ground..THATS JUST CUTS..STEAKS.!! 🧵

Current status in Red Rural Texas:
-Panhandle - Data Centers no one wants.
-West Texas - A border wall through Big Bend no one wants
- East Texas - a water grab by a billionaire that no one wants
This is the best of Texas and it’s being invaded, exploited, disrespected.
Who’s going to stand up for Rural Texas? The rural vote is the deciding vote. And right now it’s in play for #Election2026

It’s 106 degrees & south west winds blowing 35 mph! Today is finishing whatever crops & grass in the area!
Makes you feel real good when a guy, who has been in prison 2x for fraudulent cattle deals, and owes millions to victims shows up at the salebarn your at!
The opening of the border is going to be non-event. It takes 45 day to declare the intention to export and about $5,000 per load for vaccines, permits & paperwork to export to the US. Most of the cattle currently in MX are in growyards & finishing yards and are dedicated 🧵
If they had maintained the fly dispersion as promised, the border would have never closed. What have been done is told the MX government to close their Southern border for a time period before the Northern border could be opened. Nothing much has changed, MX is not 🧵
