True. The biggest thing to realize is there is soooo much low hanging fruit that Optimus could easily learn to reliably do. It doesn’t have to do everything perfectly to be super useful. So a future with Optimus (and ever scaling compute needs) is nearer than many realize. $TSLA

Bullish $TSLA post. To be useful, Optimus only needs to reliably do the lowest hanging fruit jobs. And there are lots of them. Imagine a scenario with Robotaxi and Optimus bots that can carry packages to a doorstep or drop off point. There are a couple million delivery drivers in the US with many million more part time ones. It's not hard to imagine that those tasks will be taken in the near future.

The slow feedback loop one is underrated. Ten years of claims data isn’t something you vibe code your way around. $LMND

$LMND is THE AI native startup.
Marc Andreessen says the gap between what AI-native startups and incumbents think AI can do is the widest he’s ever seen: "The AI-native early stage startups have just a completely different view on what they can do with AI than the typical incumbents in almost any industry, almost without exception." "AI is just racing ahead in capability even week by week... There are going to be a lot of industries that are really up for grabs in a fundamentally more profound way than maybe has been the case in the past." "The founders are gonna have a level of superpowers coming from the use of these tools and these technologies that they just simply haven't had in the past... Had I had Astra and Netscape in 1994, like, oh my God. Like, Ben, what would you and I have been able to do at Netscape?" "Those entrepreneurs are gonna color way outside the lines. We already see this. They're not gonna think of themselves as like, 'I'm just a software company,' or, 'I'm just a hardware company,' or even, 'I'm just an AI company.'" @pmarca @bhorowitz

Out of millions of Lemonade customers - have some had bad experiences? Of course. Were some our fault? Absolutely. And we work hard every day to get better. In fact, providing an incredible customer experience is a core pillar of our strategy. But looking at the actual data, I’m happy to go head-to-head with Geico on customer satisfaction any day. Our NPS rivals Apple and Tesla. Other insurers aren’t even in the same galaxy. Here’s what Grok had to say just now.

This probably means that Q3 continues to accelerate the In Force Premium (IFP) annual growth rate, but that it may decelerate slightly in Q4 as they spend less in that quarter.

Where Growth Spend might go over the next 2 quarters. Q2 letter said they expect growth spend to go higher in Q3. Based on previous comments of how the entire year might shape out, Q4 will likely be lower and help achieve the fist positive Adjusted EBITDA quarter. $LMND

In case you missed this. Shai's vision of what insurance will look like in an AI-agent future:

Not true, especially for Pet, Renters and Car. And it's only going to increase. Insurance should work for you continuously, adapting as your life changes. New purchases, coverage adjustments, telematics, safety, claims. I expect hundreds of micro-interactions every year, most happening automatically without you even noticing.
