Complete chaos at Delhi Airport T3 this morning. It’s not enough to build swanky buildings, the systems and processes need to be upgraded as well. As does the attitude and training of security staff. Took 50m in the security check! Missed my flight as a result.
Add to this the complete apathy of the @IndiGo6E staff at the gate. They closed the gate 15 mins before scheduled departure time! Now we know at what cost they meet the timetable.
