Heartfelt thanks (no pun intended) to everyone who has responded so promptly and generously to our AED appeal.
We, along with our Junior parkrun have raised enough funds to purchase a replacement AED.

Managed to see the Firecrest briefly at Goodwood Recreation Park, Watford early pm. In Holly along path to Greenbank Road. Often difficult to see in the dense Holly @Hertsbirds

Our wintering Shore Larks rarely stay still, constantly shuffling along although this one did start to sing and appeared to be doing some sort of display @FlamboroughBird today.

The male Cirl Bunting at Stolford, Somerset this weekend. He was accompanied by three females. Nice to see outside of Devon.

Two or three Redpolls at St Albans Watercress Beds today with just a few Siskins. Don't know if this is a trick of the light or maybe a Mealy? I didn't notice a particularly lighter bird until I looked at the photo @Hertsbirds

Every time you play a match Andy you inspire others to #nevergiveup even though you might not achieve the results you desire, just knowing you’ve done your best at that given time but in your heart feels there is more to give, spells #Hope @andy_murray
Tarnishing my legacy? Do me a favour. I’m in a terrible moment right now I’ll give you that. Most people would quit and give up in my situation right now. But I’m not most people and my mind works differently. I won’t quit. I will keep fighting and working to produce the performances I know I’m capable of.

Richards Pipit showed well at Awre this morning. The bird can be elusive at times hiding in the long grass. #Glosbirds

What a morning yesterday at @HolkhamEstate with @themarshtit and @GayatriKaul2.
Thousands of Pink-footed Geese flew from the marsh against a pink sky, heading inland to feed. After sunrise, we searched for Shorelarks by the dunes and found nine!

Today we celebrated an incredible milestone, as Gill ‘stalwart’ Stalley reached her 500th volunteer event! She has clocked up 854 roles at 500 events, as well also running over 300 parkruns. She is Banstead Woods parkrun’s secret weapon! Thanks Gill, from all the team. @parkrunUK
