Tried the web-based tool @Pathogenwatch highlighted at #IMMEMXII - pretty nifty and quick less than 5 min for 1 genome, quite awesome, @mjohnpayne @compbiosan @LaurenceLuu give it a go? [side note] still a bit apprehensive with data security.
