We have DM'd you (again) but no further forward. Your colleague is now logging (another) complaint but these complaints do not help. This has been ongoing since last October. How?

Another hour+ talking to @Barclays trying to access OUR charity's money but still no joy. The time spent and calls, forms and stress this situation is taking is unbelievable.

We spent another 48 mins on the phone again this morning, going through the same questions and processes, only to be cut off. We're running out of steam.

We have a bank account with @Barclays which they closed without consent in Oct last year. We've been trying to access the money ever since & despite hours of phonecalls, letters and anxiety, still cannot. Former volunteers still showing on the mandate, missing letters HELP!

Agree! Some of us work there, as well as off campus and need to get in & out of Bradford quickly and smoothly.

We’re working with @BDCFT @Innov_Dementia @AffinityCarePCN @Dementia_UoB @UniofBradford to ensure people diagnosed with #dementia don’t find us by accident or when it’s too late, as often happens, by working together at the new dementia hub starting @DigitalHealthEZ next week
