I nominate @BUFAirport parking shuttle driver Sharon V for employee of the month. At 4:30am, she was cheerful and exceptionally helpful to everyone who got on the bus. We need more Sharons in the World.
And the @BuffaloNiagara mobile visitor center will be at the festival located at the corner of Delaware and Allen. Come see us to find out what to see and do the rest of the Summer #InTheBUF

Boasting not one, but two #StPatricksDay parades, Buffalo celebrates the heritage of its proud Irish population with a weekend eclipsing the majority of cities in the US. As they say, everyone’s Irish on Paddy's Day – and that’s doubly true here. visitbuffaloniagara.com/hool…

Happy #StPatricksDay, Buffalo! Are you heading to the Old Neighborhood Parade on Saturday or the downtown parade on Sunday? Or both?!
Either way, we’ll see you there. Erin go Bragh! ☘️
Thank you @SenKennedy for your leadership and supports of the @TheNYSHTA legislative agenda. The tourism industry and your constituents are fortunate to have you as a champion. @BuffaloNiagara
Back in Albany today to take part in @TheNYSHTA’s panel on tourism and hospitality in NYS, where I discussed legislation I sponsor that would empower local municipalities to create Tourism Recovery Improvement Districts. Thanks to industry leaders for a thoughtful conversation.
I hate you @AmericanAir Thanks for nothing. When will I get a refund on my original seat purchase? #CustomerService #thisiswhyipayforuograde

Can’t wait. The upgrades at the @BFLOconvention are getting the attention of meeting/event planners for future bookings.
UPDATE: A much-needed renovation of the @BFLOconvention Center is underway! Façade and entryway renovations to the 1970's era structure will vastly improve the exterior —and light the way to a new future for #tourism in downtown #Buffalo.
Hey @VonMiller still a huge fan, but let me show you how great @BuffaloNiagara is to live, work & play…and why typically over 9M people visit our destination each year. We’ll have you better prepared for the next interview when you’re asked that question. All good…Go Bills!
