Canuckle #235: STRAP 🩲
The @cityofguelph in Ontario was the birthplace of the athletic supporter! The device was invented in 1922 by the Guelph Elastic Hosiery Company, and 'jock strap' was the winning name chosen in a contest. Athletes can all thank Canada for the support! 🇨🇦

People are asking me why I endorsed the use of "We're Not Gonna Take It" for the Ukrainian people and did not for the anti-maskers. Well, one use is for a righteous battle against oppression; the other is a infantile feet stomping against an inconvenience.

In nominal terms, the typical house price in Canada rose $160,000 y/y in November. And that's TAX FREE for primary residences. You'd have to make over $270,000 of pre-tax income to "earn" as much as the typical home did in the past year. 4/

I’m a 4th year Western student and 3 time orientation leader. This entire O-Week was horrific. I helped lead a predominantly female team. There were multiple instances where myself or other sophs were screamed at, pushed, and touched inappropriately by men. 1/10

105,545 #Guelph residents have already received 1 dose of the vaccine, which accounts for 83.6% of the eligible population. If an additional 8,125 residents get vaccinated, we’d reach 90% and would be one of the most vaccinated cities in North America. 👏

I submit this video as evidence in the Impeachment of Donald Trump.
Donald Trump engaged in "violent, deadly and seditious acts" which betrayed his trust as President and endangered the security of the United States.

The straight line distance between Washington, D.C. and Dover, Delaware is less than 85 miles. It takes a helicopter about 40-45 minutes to make the trip. I was 19 years-old, and it was my first time riding a helicopter. I barely remember any of it. I was distracted. (thread)
