They disguise it as “just asking questions” or “everything deserves investigating”. They aren’t. They are peddling influence for cash or notoriety, because they aren’t actually investigating anything. Real investigators and journalists don’t publicly spin wild theories before they have confirmed even a single fact. They investigate objectively and then report on what they can back up with sources and facts. One of the worst things that happened to our society was the fictionalization of the press. The Founders enshrined freedom of the press in our Constitution for a reason, but John Adams said it best: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Freedom of the press was meant to check the government’s penchant for becoming tyrannical. It was supposed to be a counterbalance for We the People. It was never supposed to be about glory and fame, but accountability. It was never supposed to be about narrative building, but freedom. It was never supposed to be about money, but sacrifice. Now it’s about who can say something first, and who can make the wildest claim. And it is all to feed the consumers, you and yours, and brainwash the masses. So many people don’t actually want truth… they just want to be entertained. Damn, people suck…

I stopped attending my church. Here’s why. Around here there are roughly 29 Catholic churches and 110–120 Protestant ones. Most of them stream their services. Not one of them is warning the flock about Islam’s clear agenda to expand inside this country. We hear about everything else from the pulpit. Silence on the one ideology that has openly stated its goal of replacing our laws, our culture, and our faith. The Black-Robed Regiment called out the enemy of their day. Too many shepherds today will not. I’m looking for a pastor who will. Until then I will not sit in a pew that pretends the threat is not real.
