Experienced some wonderful wines of Chile @TEXSOM this morning. Cabernet Sauvignon made from the oldest own root Cab vines in the world. #TexSom

Today @Messina_Hof crushed and pressed Blanc Du Bois from Grandview Vineyard and our Estate Vineyard. Now we begin transforming it into #wine. #TXWine

#Wine number two to go into bottle today is @Messina_Hof 2016 Paulo Merlot. The grapes in this wine are grown in two incredible Texas Merlot vineyards, Smothermon Vineyard and Hendricks Vineyard. #TXWine

First @Messina_Hof Paulo off the bottling line today is our 2016 Paulo Blend. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Sagrantino has been aging in new French/American Fusion Oak barrels for 18 months. #TXWine
