“I'm getting really comfortable. It doesn't feel like it's a new position anymore. I would say the whole blocking thing was definitely new, but coaches have done a really good job of putting me in good positions, and I think I've just continued to improve.” - James Resar

“As a unit, I feel like we're really close. We're a real brotherhood, and with our unit, there's no drop off. You rotate a group out, you're gonna get the same thing with the next group and the next group.“ - RJ Moss on the defensive line as a unit #FIU #PawsUp

“I thought we had the hardest preseason I could put together for us. Thought we got exposed, which was the plan. I'm not afraid to talk about our deficiencies and our lack of experience. The three games we played in the preseason exposed that. We have a locker room full of guys with a growth mentality. They're taking the coaching and these experiences. We're going to get better because of it.” - @JCantens #FIU #PawsUp

“He's been amazing to coach. Obviously, he's a talented scorer. We knew that with him coming in as a top 100 player…He allows me to coach him and continue to teach him reads and tricks.” - @JCantens on Trey Beamer #FIU #PawsUp

“He's a rim protector for us. I think he's really changed from last year coaching him to this year. He's bought into playing hard and physical…I think there's still a level of growth that he needs to have.” - @JCantens on Seydina N’Diaye #FIU #PawsUp @FIUHoops
