Seems like a lot of people need to hear this and as @Nick_van_Eck alluded to yesterday, you can't have a general purpose "payments chain" unless you have the products, tooling, partnerships and and customers to bring flow/liquidity and differentiated capabilities to that chain.
That said, general purpose chains are unlikely to serve the needs of large regulated PSPs and acquirers, at the pace this market is coming on chain, from a product, compliance and legal/regulatory perspective. Isolated environments are going to be required.
