Draining the swamp is a mandate, and we have an obligation to deliver. Entrenched interests have exercised power in Washington under both parties for decades. President Trump and I intend to keep fighting until the American people—not corporate influence—drive our health policies.
I stand firmly behind President Trump and the historic reforms we are advancing together.
In less than two years, this administration has rewritten federal dietary guidelines to emphasize real food, secured commitments from major food companies to remove petroleum-based synthetic dyes and other additives, launched systematic reviews of chemicals already in our food supply, and proposed requiring companies to notify the FDA before introducing ingredients they independently deem safe. These are concrete steps toward accountability that Americans demanded.
We have hundreds of other accomplishments but there's still more work to do. We must finish food-ingredient reform, advance our work on ultra-processed foods, and put children’s health at the center of federal policy. I will keep pressing those priorities across this administration and work with anyone in either party who will help deliver them.
The American people deserve a government that puts their health first. President Trump gave me a mandate to put prevention at the center of health care and end the chronic disease epidemic to Make America Health Again.

If you want to know why we are so broken in WDC, this explanation tells everything you need to know.
The depth of grifting is staggering. And here we thought the Biden admin had their grifting and corruption issues.
So disappointing, especially now with this recent midterm elections annihilation.
Did @realDonaldTrump realize that any of this is going on?
Joe Rogan just hosted his most important episode ever after Republicans lost the midterms as White House insider Calley Means just exposed the real people who are running Trump’s presidency and lists key inner circle names like Susie Wiles, Jame Blair, Richard Walters, and the most powerful lobbying firm known as Ballard Partners:
MEANS: “Susie Wiles is the most powerful chief of staff in modern American history. She has taken a stranglehold on any policy decision. No policy decision gets done without her office giving it the okay. She was one of the top lobbyists in the country. It is impossible to describe to you how demonic this culture is.”
CONTEXT: Means, who resigned from the administration in OCTOBER, says he witnessed an extraordinary concentration of power inside the White House.
He alleges that cabinet secretaries and senior officials spent enormous amounts of time attempting to win favor with Wiles' office because of its influence over which policies could advance.
He then identifies several people he believes were central to that power structure:
SUSIE WILES: White House chief of staff.
JAMES BLAIR: A longtime Trump political strategist and former deputy White House chief of staff.
RICHARD WALTERS: Deputy White House chief of staff and longtime Republican political operative.
WALKER BARRETT: Senior White House adviser with extensive congressional experience.
But the most consequential part of his accusation concerns the CORPORATE LOBBYING INDUSTRY.
Before entering Trump's White House, Wiles had a career representing corporate clients, including working at the influential Washington lobbying firm BALLARD PARTNERS.
And the money involved in that industry is staggering.
According to federal lobbying disclosures, Ballard Partners collected approximately $88 MILLION in lobbying revenue during 2025, more than QUADRUPLING its reported revenue from 2024.
That made Ballard one of the highest-earning lobbying operations in Washington.
And in MAY 2025, the watchdog organization Public Citizen identified SIX FORMER WILES CLIENTS that had reported lobbying White House offices during the administration's first three months.
Those clients included companies involved in tobacco, automobiles, fertilizer, and other major industries.
The White House disputed suggestions of improper influence and said Wiles generally did not participate in meetings or decisions involving former clients.
Those disclosures establish real corporate lobbying relationships.
They do NOT, by themselves, prove that Wiles improperly favored those companies or directed policies for their benefit.
But Means argues that the broader culture of Washington is precisely what Trump promised to confront.
Now consider the extraordinary political timing.
IMPORTANT NOTES: On NOVEMBER 3, Democrats won control of BOTH CHAMBERS OF CONGRESS in a sweeping midterm defeat for Republicans.
And TODAY, NOVEMBER 6, Trump announced that Susie Wiles will leave the chief-of-staff position, with Stephen Miller taking over on November 9.
Trump PRAISED Wiles for her service and said she would continue working for his political operation.

Marathons are not a particularly “healthy” activity.
Most people are unaware of a rare but known condition called “Runners Cardiomyopathy”, or Exercise-Induced Right Ventricular Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy”.
Dr. James O'Keefe popularized this information in a famous Ted Talk years ago called: "Run for your life At a comfortable pace, and not too far", citing his own research as well as previous cutting edge research done by Dr. Peter McCullough.
As I always say, “health” and “fitness” is not a black and white simple answer.
There is NO shortcut around developing understanding of how the body works and how to harmonize optimization with balance.

6 MILLION VOTES.
That's what we need to win this election. Trump got 6.1 million in 2024 barely campaigning.
I've been to all 58 counties, and I've seen the energy. Democrats, Republicans, independents: Californians are DESPERATE for something new.
But energy doesn't win elections. VOTES DO. If you haven't yet, go NOW.
Today, we take back California!

But if you ever believed Talarico was anything other than a freak progressive, you need considerable amounts of help.
TALARICO TAPES: Williamson County Democratic Chair and James Talarico’s Girlfriend’s Family Reveal to O’Keefe That Talarico Is Portraying Himself as a Moderate to Win Over Texas Voters, but Privately Holds Very Progressive Positions on Border Security, Immigration, Abortion, and Transgender Surgeries for Minors
“James [Talarico], he's not going middle.”
“He's [Talarico] definitely going to play the middle ground because he's in Texas. but he is a lot more progressive on it [abortion].”
“Don't put too much stock into border security comments…“He [Talarico] and I have spoken about these issues.”
“He [Talarico] probably said that to try to make himself appear more centrist. He's very liberal…but we've got to get elected, so we can do something.”

I'm not the right-wing candidate. I'm the right THING candidate.
Store owners pay taxes while illegal vendors steal their business. Nonprofit CEOs make millions while the homeless suffer on our streets. Politicians like Becerra line their pockets while working families struggle to pay rent.

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump just put a bounty on fraud, and every American can cash in.
He announced the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program today. You report fraud at fraud.gov, and if it's real, you get paid. Trump's words: "If you find a billion dollars, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%."
Find 10 billion, and that's 100 million in your pocket.
California's answer was reportedly a law to shut down Nick Shirley. Trump's answer is to deputize the whole country.
The fraudsters spent years robbing us blind. Now 330 million Americans are watching, and every one of them has a reason to turn them in.

With respect, I’m highly trained and experienced in the field and 15 lbs of weight loss does not come close to accounting for the difference in the two photos.

First off, I certainly did not “bully” you at all. I made a respectful observation of fact.
Second, using “I have a condition” as a shield against truth/genuine discussion, is the only “bullying” occurring here.
Third, to answer your question, I’m aware of many “conditions” that have been used as excuses for difficulty to lose weight over the years and I reject the vast majority of them.
There’s nothing “wrong” with your body. Your “condition” only notices trends of fat accumulation in certain areas (typically limbs), it does not change the laws of thermodynamics.
Also, having fluids drained is typically reserved for lymphedema, as it doesn’t address the adipose tissue. It sounds to me like that’s being used as a “liposuction” of sorts.
In any case, all I was saying is that the difference in the photos is not simple “I lost 15 lbs”, and we now know I am correct.
I’d recommend functional strength training and a relatively high-protein, moderate carb/slightly low-fat diet combined with some aerobic/anaerobic work to address/solve the issues or they will return/continue.
Best of luck!
