Time for the Insurrection Act in CA...
When you think you Trump the presidency of the United States. Anyways basically Gavin Newsom is protecting the illegal vote. If Thune had passed the Save America Act earlier this year, we wouldn’t be having these issues. Anybody else tired of the political theatrics? I’m ready to see Gavin Newsom take President Trump on. Let’s see what you got soy boy.

Dear X, I am so sick of AI written posts. It’s SO painfully obvious. A.I. plagiarism needs to stop. Written posts are a form of content, and deserve a label, or credit to A.I. just like images or videos. Sincerely, I’m tired of being told what something “isn’t” 🙄

Hey monster kids & vintage cartoon ghouls! 🎃👻 Throwback to early Mickey Mouse Halloween energy: The Haunted House (1929). Released December 2, 1929, this was the 14th Mickey Mouse short (the 11th that year) and Mickey’s first real dive into horror territory. Directed with primary animation by Ub Iwerks, music by Carl Stalling, and Mickey’s voice by Walt Disney himself. It followed the success of the Silly Symphony The Skeleton Dance earlier that year and reused some of that skeleton animation (while adding plenty of new gags). On a dark and stormy night, Mickey’s umbrella gets wrecked as he looks for shelter. He ducks into a creepy old house—the door locks behind him. Bats fly out, a big spider drops down (forcing him into a chamber-pot hideout), the lights go out, and he does the classic Al Jolson “Mammy!” bit in the dark. A cloaked skeleton figure (the Grim Reaper vibe) corners him, points at the organ, and growls “Play!” Mickey’s terrified reply is pure early-sound-cartoon gold. Skeletons then dance while he pounds the keys (one even treats a radiator like an accordion). He tries to bail, hits every dead end imaginable (including a skeleton hand on a doorknob and two more in a bed), jumps out a window into a barrel of bones, and finally gets spooked by a skeleton on the outhouse toilet before running off into the night. It had a little trouble with state censors over the potty and outhouse gags, and the “Mammy!” bit keeps it in the “From the Vault” conversation today, but the atmosphere, the stormy establishing shots, and the dancing skeletons still hit. It paved the way for later Mickey horror shorts like *The Mad Doctor* (1933). Now in the public domain as of January 1, 2025. Who else still gets a kick out of early rubber-hose Mickey facing down skeletons? Favorite gag or memory below. 🎃🍂 #MickeyMouse #TheHauntedHouse #RetroHalloween #MonsterKids #PublicDomain #Disney1929 #SkeletonDance

All this tweeting about the sun setting an hour earlier starting on Sunday and how sad and depressing and forlorn life’s gonna get is only so much manipulative and mendacious gaslighting. These pearl-clutchers want to make us think that Standard Time is some vestigial cruelty of a bygone era; that the sheer perversity of short winter days and long winter nights must be blamed on negligent, misanthropic senators rather than on the tilt of the earth’s axis at 23.44º. As if we as a civilized society in the Current Year should have long since moved past leaving work after sunset! Yet somehow these weepers and wailers never bring up the obvious corollary: shouldn’t we in the Big ’26 have long since moved past going *to* work *before sunrise*? They don’t bring this up not because it doesn’t occur to them, but because it doesn’t cater to their goals. No, for them, sunlight in the evening matters; sunlight in the morning does not. Why? Because the former gets us focused on leisure, entertainment, golf, halloween candy, and commercial profit; the latter gets us focused on vigor, work, and study by day, followed by quiet rest and deep sleep by night. The former fills their pockets; the latter makes us sane. We should relish our quiet, dark, fall and winter evenings! They’re delicious. They’re a healing balm after the activity not only of the day now over – a day that was energized by bright, early-morning sunshine – but also that of the long, verdant and vibrant summer now past. But these people don’t want us to enjoy winter evenings at home, inside, in warmth and peace, with all the interior contentment and contemplative coziness that are bound up in that great but now rare word: “hearth.” Part of the problem, of course, is that we either can’t or won’t learn how to make our own homes places of beauty, places where we *want* to be. Instead we flood them with overhead lighting and fill them with screens, so that even when we’re at home, we’re not. And I bet there’s a big overlap in the Venn diagram between the permanent-DST-foisters and the people who started this trend of mounting TVs directly above fireplaces – so as to gut even the idea of the memory of what a quiet family hearth might be like. In the U.S., the year used to be evenly split between standard time and daylight saving. That still wasn’t ideal. But then Big Candy and Big Golf got standard time reduced to only a third of the year: November through February. It’s only during those four months that midday is truly at noon and midnight truly at midnight. In the other eight months, we set the clocks an hour fast – we get up an hour earlier – and thus we can pretend that the sun goes down later. So for all you corporate pearl-clutchers out there howling and writhing as this weekend approaches: what’s your motive? Cui bono? (Painting: Adriaen van Ostade, A Talk by the Fireplace, c. 1640)
Clocks will go back on Nov 1 making it dark at 430 pm. This is a travesty for kids & adults no longer able to do any outside activities until we get back to daylight Savings Time in Spring. All because the RINO's in the Senate wont pass the DST bill!! This is how the cabal wins keeping us in the dark LITERALLY. You all need to holler about this on X in the upcoming days . Let's see who'll post about it Lets see who'll VOTE tomorrow all R so we can pass the make DST permanent bill ASAP YOUR VOTE MATTERS

It should be amended to make STANDARD TIME permanent, as the Health Protection Act.
Congress was supposed to end changing the clocks. So why are we still falling back this Sunday? Here's what happened. The Sunshine Protection Act would make daylight saving time permanent. The House passed it 308 to 117 on July 14. Then it went to the Senate and disappeared into a committee. It never got a vote. On Monday, President Trump slammed the Senate for "letting the Daylight Saving Bill die." His message to them was simple: "TAKE A VOTE!" Senate Majority Leader John Thune says there's "no clear path forward." Nineteen states have already passed laws to stay on daylight saving time all year. They can't do it until Congress acts. So at 2 a.m. this Sunday, we all set our clocks back again. Most Americans want it to stop. The House listened. The Senate didn't.

Fall Back makes you less tired. Finally back to real time. Fall back and stay there. Easy. No more clock changes.
Does thinking about the time change already have you tired? Well, it doesn’t have to be this way! My Sunshine Protection Act would end the back-and-forth. It’s time to get this common-sense legislation across the finish line!

Narrator: "His staff wrote it..."
Mitch McConnell just wrote a whole op-ed attacking Trump. Where was this energy when Biden opened the border? Days before the election.

What he's thinking: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
The NFL is really dumb about its flex scheduling. All of America is going to have to watch the 2-5 Eagles vs the 1-4-1 Commanders on Sunday Night Football. Meanwhile only about 25% of America will get the 5-2 Steelers vs the 5-2 Browns. What is Roger Goodell thinking?

After consulting with Grok, I see that the train is not the way to go. Okay. I'll try to come up with something original. And reply more. The Train posts have been deleted.

Fire Goodell
NFL Commish Goodell at Sunday breakfast sponsored by @Saints owner Gayle Benson today said he had “zero doubt” NFL would be back in Paris with another game and also said it was “likely” there would be an international NFL franchise but…did not say when or where.

Seriously though, Shiloh is showing that most elections over the last six years or more were corrupt. Republicans actually won most of the seats.
