this quote from Carl Jung is truly great:
"The world is full of people suffering from the effects of their own unlived life. They become bitter, critical, or rigid, not because the world is cruel to them, but because they have betrayed their own inner possibilities. The artist who never makes art becomes cynical about those who do. 1/2

Do not use your energy to worry. Life is too short to worry about stupid things.
Have fun. Fall in love. Regret nothing and do not let people bring you down.

Truly exceptional service from the @JamaicaConstab this morning.
I misplaced one of my electronic devices and it turned up in Waterhouse. I simply walked into the Hunt’s Bay Police Station and I was met with professionalism from the officers. I explained the situation and they helped me with retrieving it.
I want to specifically big up Constable Edwards and Constable Whittaker from the same station. Consummate professionals from beginning to end. They deserve promotion!

My father has transitioned and I still am thinking it was a dream but it’s not. I don’t know how long it will take for this feeling that I am experiencing to leave but one thing I do know it’s that James Chambers, Jimmy Cliff was loved.
Thank you all for the condolences. 🖤

I don’t know if it’s possible for someone to be more alive than Jimmy Cliff is in this clip from The Harder They Come. I don’t think I can put into words what this whole record means to me. It’s overwhelming in so many ways, his positivity in the face of sadness… his incredible performance here. He’s still here! JIMMY CLIFF🙌🙌🙌
