🚨 BREAKING:
🇺🇸 A shooting at Citibank’s massive office complex outside Tampa left two people dead, including the suspected gunman.
Authorities swarmed the campus after reports of an active shooter and evacuated workers while SWAT teams cleared the buildings.
Sheriff Chad Chronister said investigators believe it was a targeted attack.
The suspected shooter is dead, and one other person was killed.
The motive and relationship between them have not yet been released.

Tonight should be a wake-up call. The next two years cannot be more speeches, more promises, and more excuses for why nothing gets done.
People are tired of voting for change and then being told to wait until the next election. If we put you in office, we expect you to do the job. Tell us what you’ve accomplished, where you’ve fallen short, and what you’re doing about it. Having an R next to your name does not get you a pass.
We have to follow through ourselves. Pay attention to what happens at your school board, your city council, and in Congress. Our children will live with the decisions being made right now.
The next two years need to be about accountability. We cannot afford to be having this same conversation in 2028.

@stinchfield1776 says the early Texas numbers showing James Talarico with a large lead are not unusual because heavily Democratic urban counties often report earlier.
“This is completely normal in the way Texas does voting.”
Stinchfield points to Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, where much larger percentages of the vote may already be counted, while Republican-heavy areas in West and North Texas are still reporting
far less.
“You go out west, you go up north, you go into the red areas of Texas, and some of it’s like 35% of the vote in.”

🚨BREAKING: Over 2,500 people on Michigan’s voter rolls are listed as 110 years old or older, according to a new complaint filed with state officials.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation identified roughly 2,461 registrations whose recorded birth years would make the voters at least 110. One entry lists a birth year of 1823 — 14 years before Michigan became a state.
The complaint says some of these records have stayed on the rolls for years despite prior alerts. Michigan’s own auditor general previously flagged hundreds of entries with birthdates older than 122, which officials have attributed in part to placeholder years used when old paper records were digitized.
The findings land as Michigan continues large-scale cleanup of inactive and outdated registrations under Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. Critics argue the continued presence of these extreme ages shows gaps in list maintenance ahead of the midterms.
