Five years in NFTs.
Think about how crazy that is.
We’ve watched bull markets turn into bear markets. We’ve seen hype come and go, platforms rise and disappear, trends change overnight, and countless projects become nothing more than memories.
But Lazy Lions are still here. 🦁
Not because every decision was perfect. Not because the road was easy. We’re still here because there has always been a Pride willing to keep showing up, building, creating, collecting, laughing, and believing that this story wasn’t finished.
Five years is more than an anniversary.
It’s proof of resilience.
We’ve evolved. We’ve experimented. We’ve stumbled. We’ve rebuilt. And through every chapter, the lion has kept moving forward.
Now we enter Year 6 with something you can’t mint, buy, or manufacture overnight:

The next chapter isn’t about recreating what NFTs were five years ago. It’s about taking everything we’ve built, everything we’ve learned, and pushing Lazy Lions into what comes next.

The welcome I got from the Sappy community was incredibly warm. I haven’t enjoyed buying an NFT this much in a long time. Happy to be part of this community.
Now, here’s the interesting part.
I would’ve never discovered Sappy Seals, Pudgy Penguins, BAYC, and many other iconic collections if Sticker Pack hadn’t invited their founders to Telegram.
It all started with stickers.
That’s exactly how I found Sappy. As soon as people realized it was one of Ethereum’s most beloved NFT collections, the hype was instant.
Demand was huge, but the supply was limited to just 1,500 NFT stickers. Distribution was completely random, and the mint price was $42.
Luckily, I was one of the few who managed to mint one.
Owning the sticker also meant joining a private club. The holders have been incredibly welcoming, and the community is genuinely one of the best parts of the collection.
Shortly after launch, the collection reached around a 4–5× return and, even today, still trades at roughly 3× its mint price. On July 8, it celebrated its first anniversary.
Judge for yourself what kind of community Sappy Seals has built around its Telegram stickers.
And of course… I couldn’t resist collecting every Sappy variant available. 😄
TON and Ethereum feel closer than ever, and you can really see it through collaborations like this.
As for the original Sappy Seals collection on Ethereum… it might be worth taking a look at the chart - unless buying the top is more your style. 😉
