I've got solar panels installed on my roof, I've also got a smart meter. I've just had toast for lunch, It wasn't until I looked at the smart meter and I saw that it was still in the 'Green' that I realised that all the electric I was using was running off the panels.
Finally the missus asked for the heating to go on for tomorrow morning. To her credit she did ask, "How are going to pay for it?" My reply was, "I don't know, I can't produce money out of thin air, but we'll have to find a way to 'cos I ain't freezing to death!"

All I'm saying is that if you had a tribe of say 100 people, and 10 of those people hoarded 90% of all the tribes resources while half the tribe starved, the rest of the tribe would eventually run those 10 people out of the tribe.
