Notorious Sgt Double Huh

Just a little vent here. If you drop N-bombs or any other racial epithet in my feed, you're getting blocked. I don't care if we broke bread, worked together, etc. I ain't having it.

Was asked to make Sunday Sugo/Gravy tomorrow for my friends. Of course I ran to Caputo's for all that's needed. Going to add to it with passata, Melrose peppers, and garlic sausage. My friends are in charge of wine and garlic bread.

Being up early gives me the opportunity to rethink my cutting board designs. I hate when I do that.

Sometimes I chuckle when dead rappers are still putting bread on my table.

Was busy in the garage today. Cut, jointed, and planed my stock. Did up my walnut and maple today. I'll do cherry tomorrow. I'll start glue up this weekend for 6 end grain cutting boards.

Folks can't accept that change. There's too many things out of our control. Do your part to facilitate things but if it goes another way, accept it, move on. A hobby helps your head. Put some focus on it and it'll help move you along. Be about the things you can control.

I'm not even surprised when I got up this morning. More of the same. There's a lot of wood to cut and glue up today.

My cross cut sled has seen better days. Don't really want to spend the time making a new one. I broke down and went commercial. I week admit. This thing is accurate and slick.

AI is making my cut list better with a visual. So simple even a knuckle dragger can do it.

I think the Titans got robbed.

I ordered up 2 cookbooks from my fave Chef Jacques Pepin. I really want to dig into them and find something to try but sadly there is football tonight. I'll suffer through something simple and easy before kickoff.

Grabbed some nice rough sawn maple, cherry and walnut from my dealer @OWLLumber Am on my game to get you some amazing end grain cutting boards. I'll post up with some examples soon.

Been good step dad today. 20 is looking for a used Chevy Silverado. I've seen so many for sale ads that my eyes are burning. I need food and alcohol.
