I feed the pigeons, I sometimes feed the sparrows too. It gives me a sense of enormous well-being.

This was the celebratory scene as the 32 Bus Eireann bus left Castleblayney on time this evening for the first time in its long history.

With that many players not wanting to play, the FAI had to take it out of the hands of the coaching staff and players and pull the game
I'm told 7 players in total said today they didn't want to play and there's a split of opinion on FAI board now as well. Relations between board and Heimir Hallgrímsson seriously strained.

I have a lot of sympathy for the players but they are not free from blame here. Ultimately not protected by FAI. Decision should’ve been taken before it got to them, by likes of UEFA or FAI, but ultimately today that group had to chance to make the right call. And they didn’t.

Also, to let one teammate walk out on his own and not back him is shameful. The captain of the team said midweek “we stay as one and represent Ireland” Just so disappointing on so many levels.

An absolute fucking disgrace.
David Courell says players will wear black armbands in recognition of 'all lives lost in the conflict'.

My last time in what we will come to call “old” Dalymount this evening. Hard to put into words what this place means to me. Farewell, old friend.

But yet the terrace behind the goals in the GAA ground in Clones remains named after a fascist

An older gent beside me on the terrace said this exact thing to me as it dropped into the net.
That's one of the all time great goalkeeping fuck ups by Ethan Rafferty. Why on earth did he try to catch it rather than punch? Reminiscent of Raimond Aumann of Bayern against Red Star Belgrade in 1991. Still, Armagh fucked by the timekeeping with no hooter. Goal came after 70:00

Roscommon shown up to be complete spoofers again. Talking about All-Irelands after a good league. They haven’t won a game in Croker in over 40 years. I think of the steward in The Hyde that called Armagh supporters “A shower of northern cunts” Enjoy your summer you muck savages

This is simply not true. Multiple members of the Inniskeen club have told me that no Gael with a crisp 20 (Euro or Sterling) will be turned away. Please RT.
