Fresh from @TheLancet. The CASTING trial: 15 EDS, 2120 patients with lower limb trauma requiring immobilisation.
Safety of not prescribing preventive anticoagulants in low-risk patients (TRiP(cast) score < 7).
AND no prescription for 3/4 of patients.
