Piers Morgan: Andrew, do you intrinsically disagree with what you've just heard? Andrew Wilson: Yeah, I do. It's always about the burden on men. Men need to do this, men need to do that. But what duties do women have in society? What are women's actual duties towards men? Everybody is taught from childhood how to treat women. We know how to treat women, but we almost never discuss how women are supposed to treat men. Guys like Andrew Tate have risen because Christianity itself has become a feminized religion, especially in some Protestant churches. Masculinity is now punished, and where is the alternative? Where is the spiritual alternative? We also need to ask what misogyny actually means. Men being rough with each other, insulting each other, hazing each other, or even bullying each other isn't necessarily misogyny. Those can be masculine traits. Toxic masculinity is what people claim leads to misogyny, but I want to know what misogyny actually means. Piers Morgan: Andrew Tate says women should stay at home, shouldn't go out to work, and should do what he tells them. He's the king of the castle in his house. That is misogyny, isn't it? Andrew Wilson: That's not misogyny. I've got a 13-year-old daughter, and I don't want her thinking she can never leave the house or that she's somebody's property. But the world would be better if we stopped turning traditional roles upside down. Women having a natural role at home should be glorified, and there should be more support for the nuclear family. Why outsource raising children to strangers instead of having your wife raise them? Why force the best and brightest women into workplaces instead of allowing them to stay home and raise their children? I believe that's a better system. Piers Morgan: I guess we're talking about freedom of choice. Andrew Wilson: It's freedom of choice. Another participant: I love that my wife works, teaches children, and builds lessons. I love that. And when you ask what I get from a woman, I have a home, three beautiful children, and communication in the house. That means more to me than anything. I don't understand why asking a woman what you get out of her isn't treating her like an object. I don't feel like an object. I feel respected in my house. Andrew Wilson: So it's okay to treat men like objects and give them duties, but you're not allowed to give women duties? Piers Morgan: How come in the United States men can be drafted and women can't, but women can vote to send men to war? Andrew Wilson: Men have a duty to fight in wars that women don't have. What's the counter-duty for women? There's no obligation for women to have children, even when birth rates are well below replacement level. Estimates suggest that 45% of women will be single in the next ten years, rising to 60% in the next thirty. We're seeing a systemic issue because nobody wants to put duties on women. Instead, society acts as if men have all the responsibilities. Maybe that's why the birth rate is low. Piers Morgan: Go on, James. James Barr: I can't understand why you are sitting there confidently thinking of yourself as a real man.
