LVL might have made it an official guarantee but I would note that from the start to today the @NYCosmos have made it a point to have local players and to promote players from the reserve team. Carlos, Danny, and several others. So hats off to both for doing so

Went to the USSF meeting today, but got there late.
Interesting to be part of it today for as little as we did.
And somewhere, on an official USSF document, the words "with Pint After Podcast" exists.

Also worth mentioning that there were prob 12-15 “guests” total ... a few bloggers (@MidfieldPress & @PintAfterPod) and a crew of @NYCosmos staff & supporters. I sat next to Rishi Sehgal, NASL Commissiomer (who was also there as a “guest”)

To be clear, I am speculating about the overall length of the mtg (I heard from someone it was scheduled 12-5pm). The stuff in the open session was pretty standard fare / non-controversial (which is not surprising). The closed session agenda items were more abstract.

⚽️🇺🇸 Update: the “open session” of the USSF board meeting lasted about 45 mins (and covered about 75% of agenda items). Then, all guest are asked to leave and the “closed session” starts which prob lasts another 2-3 hours (for the remaining 25% of agenda items)
