Oyerinde Reaches Contest Final in Russia Najeebah Oyerinde, a recent Mass Communication graduate of Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, has reached the final of the New Day Education International Journalistic Contest, an international competition taking participants on an exploration of cities across Russia. Her achievement places her among participants who are gaining international exposure through journalism and cultural exploration, providing an opportunity to demonstrate her skills, broading her professional experience, and building cross-cultural connections beyond Nigeria. Another graduate KWASU's Medical Laboratory Science, Hamzah Muhammed, is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Biotechnology at Ural Federal University (URFU), Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. His postgraduate studies is another example of KWASU alumni advancing their academic pursuits internationally, as he deepens his knowledge and develops specialised expertise in biotechnology, a field with significant applications in medical research, healthcare and scientific innovation.
