Vulnerable NDIS participants deserve to know that when they report abuse, neglect, or fraud, their concerns will be taken seriously and acted on promptly.
It's distressing that over 13 000 participants are waiting for their complaints to be addressed. The federal government must ensure the NDIS Quality and Safeguards commission is adequately resourced to provide rapid, effective support for NDIS participants.
