We scored all 24 UK-listed REITs on ESG disclosure quality across four years and 120 indicators. The gap between the strongest and weakest report? 72 points. Only a third of the sector reaches Sector Leader level. #ESG #RealEstate

The typical REIT isn't failing. It's "developing": partly quantified and framework-aligned, but thin on assurance depth, Scope 3 granularity and readiness for sustainability-linked lending. That middle ground is where most improvement still lies.
