A guy bought TVS iQube, it has been one issue after another. There hasn't been a single day without a fault or a sign of unreliability.
Around 7 service visits, repeated software resets, battery flashing, and even a battery replacement yet the same error codes returned. The scooter eventually broke down completely and had to be towed to the service centre. Even after the latest battery replacer, the issue returned while I was travelling back home.
The scooter is still under warranty, but repeated temporary fixes haven't resolved the problem. I'm seeking a proper resolution, not another reset and another promise.
@tvsmotorcompany, how is a customer supposed to trust a vehicle that keeps failing despite repeated repairs? I request TVS to intervene and provide a permanent resolution, including replacement of the vehicle.
This is a genuine customer grievance, and I hope it reaches the people who can resolve it.
