I completely appreciate that we don’t see what happens behind closed doors and Farke will have information about these players that supporters don’t. He’s also achieved a great deal at Leeds that deserves recognition. But success shouldn’t make a manager immune from criticism, particularly when it comes to player development, squad management and the consistency of his decision making. For me the concern isn’t simply that certain players aren’t being selected. It’s that the pathway into the team sometimes appears incredibly narrow, while the pathway out of it seems much easier. Once Farke loses faith in somebody, it can feel almost impossible for that player to change his mind. I’d genuinely like to know whether others see the same pattern, because I think there’s legitimate conversations to be had about whether farke’s loyalty to his favourites sometimes comes at the expanse of getting the most out of the wider squad. Rant over 😭

Performed an improv show for the first time in ages tonight! I played a Northern man who participated in a '7 UP' style documentary series, who was obsessed with snooker and later took ownership of the Sun, going on to charge people for the use of sunlight.

Worried that we will miss Bijol's height and presence against Arsenal's set piece ability.

So it’s confirmed then that Man City had to resort to cheating to beat this Leeds super team in 2013.

There seems to be some irony in the consistent praise and love farke showed to struijk, because the people that disliked struijk the most, are the ones that tend to like farke the most
“Our most consistent defender last season” - Farke on Struijk I’ve said it, others have said it, but still so many of our fans will never ever admit it. Ah well, he’s gone now. Who cares… (I miss him 🥲)

i'm sure the ability to fabricate convincing historical footage that eventually drifts across the internet, where it's picked up by people who present them as real, at a time when trust in educational and media institutions is already eroding, will prove to be a net positive
Turns out that Flux 3 is exceptional at generating historical footage... like elementary school students in the '90s predicting how we'll use computers. (the last girl is my favorite!)

In light of Gianni Infantino’s poor judgement this week, I am beginning to question whether Donald Trump was a worthy recipient of the FIFA Peace Prize after all.

Sorry, I'm not having Tony Discipline. Thats the sort of name that one of Bob Mortimers childhood friends would have had.
