Infinia is marked as closed as soon as Regalia got delivered even though it should have been active till Oct 31st as per the email comms Transferring miles is blocked, good that I converted the chunk into Tanishq vouchers. But bare minimum they should have allowed that till Oct 31st. Really reggressive mindset even though it was not stated anywhere that the moment you sign up for a new card, everything on the old Infinia will go for a toss. Hugely disappointed by @HDFC_Bank
