Probably one of the best Dragonair artworks ever released! This dark Pokémon card was released with Rocket Gang in 1997, two and a half years before the English set Team Rocket.

This post might anger some, but I’ve been theorizing about these cards since they were first leaked (oops, we were right). They’re rare, but my tinfoil hat makes me wonder why. Two theories: 1) Factory workers knew these would be highly sought after and plundered a majority of the printed supply. 2) These are primarily going to be featured in Classic Collection packs included in the 30th UPCs.
